By using Vitlo you agree to these terms. They cover what the app does, what it can't do, and how subscriptions work.
Vitlo is a calorie and macronutrient tracker. It uses AI to estimate the nutritional content of meals from photographs or written descriptions, and gives coaching guidance based on the information you enter.
Nutritional figures in Vitlo are AI estimates. They are not laboratory measurements and they will sometimes be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical or clinical purposes. You can correct any result inside the app, and entering the food's weight noticeably improves accuracy.
Vitlo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and its coaching content is general information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise — particularly if you have a medical condition, a history of disordered eating, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vitlo. Enter accurate information — your targets are calculated from what you tell us, so wrong inputs give wrong targets.
Without a subscription you get a limited number of AI scans each day plus a daily coach summary. Manual meal entry is unlimited. These limits may change as the app develops.
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the service, don't try to gain unauthorised access, and don't use Vitlo for anything unlawful.
We aim to keep Vitlo running reliably but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features depend on third-party providers and may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitlo is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on nutritional estimates, from decisions you make using the app, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Settings inside the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
